KidWind Challenge Wraps up in Angoon, Alaska
The KidWind participants of Angoon elementary and high school were treated to a pizza party last week for participating in the 2014 KidWind Challenge. The elementary kids worked together with the high school students to design and construct their wind turbines for this year’s Competition. ACEP members were able to join in on the fun by video conferencing in on the event.
Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd were provided to participants beforehand and all students involved in the Competition were given participation certificates and aluminum Institute of Northern Engineering water bottles.
ACEP is proud of all the students who participated in this year’s challenge and asks each student to CONTINUE HARNESSING THE WIND!
