Gwen Holdmann Travels to South Africa to attend Clean Power Africa Conference

This week Gwen Holdmann along with Renewable Energy Alaska Project (REAP) Director, Chris Rose, will travel to Cape Town, South Africa to attend this year’s Clean Power Africa Conference.  Gwen will be making a presentation entitled, “Approaches to Integration of Renewable Energy on Small Micro-grids.”  The conference will be co-located with African Utility Week, making it one of the most important hydro, wind, and solar power events taking place in all of Africa.  The event aims to create synergies between stakeholders at the highest levels in order to create clean energy options for Africa’s growing energy needs.
