AHERC Director Travels South to the “Northwest” United States

AHERC Director Jeremy Kasper attended the Northwest Marine Technology Summit in Newport, Oregon and the Northwest National Marine Renewable Energy Research Center annual meeting in Seattle, Washington. At the meetings, Dr. Kasper gave presentations highlighting the capabilities and recent testing at AHERC's Tanana River Test Site and other AHERC research activities including the Yakutat area wave resource assessment and the ongoing debris and fisheries research. While at the meetings, Dr. Kasper also met with other researchers, companies, and agencies that are engaged in the marine energy sector.
