Director Attends GLACIER Conference

Global Leadership in the Arctic: Cooperation, Innovation, Engagement and Resilience (GLACIER) Conference

ACEP Director Gwen Holdmann will be in Anchorage this week to attend the GLACIER Conference being held in conjunction with President Obama’s visit to Alaska.

The Conference, and invite only event, will focus on the changing climate of the artic and special challenges needing to be addressed for the people living there.  The event will draw foreign ministers and key stakeholders from around the Arctic as it aims to broaden global awareness of the impacts of climate change to the region.
