Several ACEP researchers will be presenting on a variety of topics during the 2015 Alaska Forum on the Environment this week. Hosted by the Alaska Forum, the event is a five day conference that brings in environmental professionals from government agencies, non-profit and for-profit businesses, communities leaders, Alaska youth, conservationists, biologists, and community elders. It hosts a variety of technical breakout sessions and keynote events based on the topics of climate change, energy, environmental regulations, cleanup and remediation, fish and wildlife, and solid waste.
As part of the Forum, a film festival will be held and Frontier Scientist’s documentary on the Pilgrim Hot Springs project will be shown on Friday, February 13th. This film is also available on ACEP’s YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q2uSYF2j5aE.
