Marc Mueller-Stoffels presents during Energy Storage Webinar

Last Wednesday, January 14th Marc Mueller-Stoffels presented in an energy storage webinar organized by the Islanded Grid Resource Center.  He gave an overview of energy storage systems being used in Alaska’s many wind-powered communities while other presenters such as Darron Scott of Kodiak Electric Association and Mike McNeley of Ambri spoke about Kodiak’s hybrid wind-hydro-battery-flywheel system and the state of the market for energy storage systems for small islanded grid systems, respectively.
