Researcher Pays a Visit to Kotzebue

ACEP researcher Marc Mueller-Stoffels will be in Kotezbue this week to participate in the second of a series of three meetings hosted by the Northern Alaska Scenarios Project.  Marc attended the first meeting of this series in February last winter.  See the February 2015 ATW article on his visit.
