Deputy Assistant Secretary for Power Systems Engineering visits ACEP

Early this week, ACEP will be paid a visit by Dan Ton, USDOE’s Deputy Assistant Secretary for Power Systems Engineering.  Dan will be participating in a host of meetings in Fairbanks, Anchorage, and Nome focused on energy issues in Alaska with an emphasis on microgrids.  He will also tour ACEP’s ETF and Tanana River Test Site to see current research taking place first hand.
