Tanana River Test Site Update

ACEP’s Alaska Hydrokinetic Energy Research Center (AHERC) team has been busy readying its floating test platform, boats, and equipment for this summer’s testing season.  This past week AHERC’s new research support boat, which will be used to maneuver the Murdock Trust Testing Barge and to support other research work, was lifted onto its new trailer by UAF’s Facilities Services.  It will be used this summer when Oceana returns for another season of testing at the site.
