Future of Pilgrim Hot Springs – Community Supported Agriculture

On March 16th, from 5pm to 7pm ACEP Director Gwen Holdmann along with Rob Bensin of the Bering Straits Development Corporation will be giving a presentation focused on the possibility of starting an agricultural grow operation at Pilgrim Hot Springs. They also will be discussing the idea of a community supported agriculture (CSA) program at the site and how it could be developed in parallel to other potential work at the hot springs, such as geothermal power export to Nome’s electric grid.
