ACEP researcher Marc Mueller-Stoffels was in Anchorage last week to attend the Northwest Public Power Association Annual Meeting.  While there he presented in a general session titled “Data in a Black Box, Alaska as a data laboratory - what can we learn?”

Northwest Public Power Association is an association of some 150 public utility districts, electric cooperatives, municipalities and crown corporations in the Western United States and Canada. NWPPA also serves the sales and networking needs of approximately 300 Associate Members across the US and Canada who are allied with the electric utility industry
