ACEP's Energy Economics Student Presents at AHFC's Energy Efficiency NOW 2017 Conference

Dominique Pride, ACEP's Energy Economics Doctoral student is speaking at AHFC's Energy Efficiency NOW 2017 conference. The conference focus is on the value of energy efficiency in residential and commercial buildings. Dominque's presentation will highlight her findings for the Anchorage residential real estate market based on her doctoral research. First, she will discuss her findings on the Home Energy Rebate program and its impacts on the transaction prices of homes in Anchorage. Then she will share her findings on the relationship between the energy efficiency ratings of residential properties and their transaction prices.
