Heat Meter Receives Alaska Seed Fund Honorable Mention

Coupi, a local consulting company, and ACEP’s heat flow meter received honorable mentions in the 2017 Alaska Seed Fund Competition. This competition provides grants to help inventors, creators, and developers fund their prototypes in Alaska.

ACEP’s heat flow meter aims to collect reliable home heating data through a non-intrusive device attached to Toyo Stoves. Coupi, a Fairbanks consulting and R&D company led by ACEP affiliates Jerry Johnson and Anton Kulchitsky develops applications, performs simulations, and provides software to solve complex field-based engineering problems.
