Energy Efficiency Program for Fairbanks Businesses
The Alaska Energy Authority is offering low-cost energy audits to small businesses in Fairbanks and across Alaska that want to lower their energy and maintenance costs.
The low-cost audit (up to 75 percent off) may be used to apply for a U.S. Department of Agriculture grant that covers energy efficiency upgrades (up to 25 percent).
If you already know improvements are needed (heating systems, ventilation, insulation, lighting and more), register for an audit and find out how you can reduce energy use and cut the cost of needed improvements.
AEA is calling for audit registrations now, and audits will continue until funds run out.
To register or for more information, check out the website or contact Betsy McGregor, AEA’s audit program coordinator, at energyaudit@akenergyauthority.org or 907-771-3957.
