CCHRC Seeks Building Energy Use Project Intern
The Cold Climate Housing Research Center is seeking an intern for the fall. The intern will work with the CCHRC team to complete six projects on strategies to reduce the energy use of rural Alaska’s buildings. Job duties will mainly consist of helping to publish project reports. At the end of the year, there will be an option to extend the contract to work on future projects according to need and interest in the areas of outreach, research or design.
Prospective candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills and an interest in the sustainability of Alaska communities. CCHRC will provide training in required tasks and seeks a candidate who is excited to work on projects to reduce energy use in Alaska's buildings.
