New Website for Alaska Operational Powerhouse Database

 

 

ACEP's Operational Powerhouse Database has moved to a new location at the Research Computing Systems at the UAF Geophysical Institute.

The database contains high-resolution time-series datasets from powerhouses around Alaska and can be accessed at https://psi.alaska.edu/data. The move from tape storage to an online spinning disk allows for faster access to the data and will improve download times for interested parties and project collaborators.

The Power System Integration Program manages the database. For technical and other questions on the database, please contact acep.gateway@alaska.edu.

The data collection and management efforts were funded by the Alaska Energy Authority as part of the Emerging Energy Technology Fund.
