Regional Collaboration Opportunities via 2018 CleanTech Innovation Showcase

ACEP researchers Nickole Conley, Ben Loeffler and George Roe attended the fifth annual CleanTech Innovation Showcase in Seattle on June 25.

The overarching theme was "Partner-Invest-Educate." The program included a plenary fuel cell technology expert panel, introductory overviews of emerging companies and technologies (competitively selected) in multiple parallel sessions, a reverse pitch session highlighting challenges experienced by corporate and utility organizations, information displays (utilities, investors, technology entrepreneurs, Department of Energy labs, engineering companies), and a range of networking interaction sessions.

Discussions during and after the showcase identified several areas for follow-up with respect to possible future collaboration engagements. Details of the agenda and synopses of the presenting companies are available at the event website.
