ACEP Connects at IPS Connect 2018
ACEP researchers participated in the Isolated Power Systems Connect 2018 conference Oct. 15-19 in Maui, Hawaii.
Convened by the University of Tasmania, this event provides a unique opportunity for
personnel affiliated with the
energy systems serving isolated regions across the world. A large number of presentations
centered on the integration of variable renewables, energy storage, load management
and system controllers.
The overview presentation of capabilities at ACEP’s Power System Integration Laboratory included a video from the setup of the ground fault emulator — it “sparked” a lot of conversation.
