Microgrids in Alaska, for America — a TED-style talk

ACEP Director Gwen Holdmann is one of six storytellers in TED-style talks being held adjacent to Alaska National Lab Day.

The TED-style talks, to be held on May 29 at 6 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium, feature six speakers on a wide range of topics, including energy, economics, policy, environment and even future-building via storytelling. Speakers will come from both the community and the university.

The event, sponsored by ACEP, the University of Alaska Fairbanks, the Fairbanks North Star Borough and the Office of Naval Research, includes light appetizers and a no-host bar available during intermission.
