Clean Power Happy Hour Focuses on Solar Power in Anchorage

There is new energy coming to Anchorage in 2018 for renters and homeowners alike!

Join organizers ACEP, Renewable Energy Alaska Project and The Alaska Center at 49th State Brewing Co. in Anchorage at 6 p.m. Feb. 8 to learn about investing in solar energy for your home.

Chugach Electric’s Sean Skaling will present information on the utility's new community solar project, available for consumers this spring.

The event will also unveil the Solarize Anchorage campaign. The campaign will bring down the cost of solar panels for homes in Anchorage neighborhoods and share some of the latest trends in home solar installations.
