Lunch Talk will Explore Washington State’s Economic Diversification Experience
Join ACEP for a brown bag lunch featuring Dr. Daniel Schwartz of the University of Washington on Jan. 23rd.
Schwartz will discuss Washington State’s highly successful efforts to deepen and diversify multiple sectors of its economy through a rich and effective collaboration network of intra/inter-university, state, federal and industry partnerships. His presentation will emphasize progress made in the clean technology sector as a specific case study, while also touching on other Alaska-relevant cluster areas such as maritime, military and defense, and forest products.
Please bring your lunch and ideas to IARC 501 at noon, Jan. 23 as we explore the opportunities for the University of Alaska to leverage the Washington State experience.
