TCC Hiring Rural Energy Specialist

Tanana Chiefs Conference is hiring for the position of rural energy specialist.

The position is responsible for communicating with and actively looking for ways to help tribal members, rural utilities, school districts and other large energy users. The energy specialist answers questions and requests for information.

The TCC energy program regularly engages in on-the-ground project management of renewable energy and energy-efficiency projects, grant writing, community and regional energy planning, outreach and education to tribal members, utility management assistance, energy loan financing preparation, and coordination of and with existing energy programs of other agencies.
