ACEP Joins American-Made Challenges Network

ACEP Joins American-Made Challenges Network

ACEP is well known for partnering and connecting with communities and with other research partners. Now it has joined the American-Made Challenges Network as a
“connector” to help with testing and validation of new energy technologies.

ACEP's connector status will allow it to be a testbed for innovative local and sustainable energy solutions that are being developed by existing and new partners.

The American-Made Challenges incentivize the nation's entrepreneurs to strengthen American leadership in energy innovation and domestic manufacturing. The goal is to lower, or remove, the barriers faced by U.S.-based innovators in reaching the manufacturing scale by accelerating the cycles of learning from years to weeks. The initiative also helps to create partnerships that connect entrepreneurs to the private sector and the network of the U.S. Department of Energy's national laboratories across the nation.
