DOE Funding Opportunity Looks to Offshore Wind

The U.S. Department of Energy's Wind Energy Technologies Office has announced a funding opportunity for projects to increase understanding of the environmental impacts of offshore wind development as well as to advance and validate technical readiness of tools for monitoring and minimizing impacts.
