Phylicia Cicilio is a power systems engineer by training and has been a research assistant professor at ACEP since 2020. On Friday, Feb. 19, she will present to the UAA College of Engineering about electrical grids, the types of changes they are undergoing, and how dynamic power system modeling is performed in this space.
