UAA Study Seeks Participants for a Wood Stove Home Heating Survey
Are you between the ages of 50-78? Do you use a wood stove to heat your home? Do you
have a lung disease or productive cough? If you answered “yes” to all these questions,
you are invited to participate in a research study conducted by the University of
Alaska Anchorage!
You will be asked to fill out questionnaires, place an air quality monitor in your
home and send a phlegm samples and oral rinse samples. You will receive a $200 merchandise
card for your participation.
