Make Your Voice Heard in Alaska’s $50M EV Infrastructure Deployment Plan
The Alaska Energy Authority is working to develop an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Deployment Plan as required by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act’s National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program.
Through the NEVI program, Alaska will receive more than $50 million in federal funding over five years for EV fast-charging across Alaska. This Plan must be submitted to the federal government’s Joint Office of Energy and Transportation no later than Aug. 1, 2022.
AEA is hosting the final of three virtual information sessions on Wednesday, June 21, 2022, noon-1 p.m.
Learn more about EVs, the NEVI funding available for Alaska, and how you can get involved and provide comments.
Join a virtual information session by registering at akenergyauthority.org/evinfo. Instructions to participate via Microsoft Teams will be emailed to you.
