The Pacific Marine Energy Center at ACEP is looking for a full-time person to assist with lab and field-based projects through the summer, with the potential for year-round work.

In addition to carrying out work in remote areas around the state, the PMEC team operates the Tanana River Test Site in Nenana for developing, testing and demonstrating hydrokinetic energy converters and associated infrastructure. This Fairbanks-based position will primarily be based in the hydrokinetic bay of the Energy Technology Facility and the building. This position will involve hands-on work in a lab and a shop setting as well as in field locations.
