At the Bristol Bay Campus, we are here to support you along every step of your education journey. Most financial aid requires you to complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Scholarships are financial awards that can be used to pay for tuition, housing, books and other costs related to college. Merit-based scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, community involvement and other achievements. Need-based scholarships are awarded based on financial need.
College scholarships are awarded by the federal government, state agencies, universities, private organizations and other donors. The donor or department funding the scholarship typically sets the criteria for how it’s awarded.

- Select an option:
- Option 1: I know my UA Username/ ID # & password
- Option 2: I know my UA Username or UA ID
- Option 3: Search for my UA Username and ID #
- Once logged into ELMO, your UA ID Number and UA Username display on the left side of the screen. Passwords are changed here.

Remember, students in degree programs will need to consult with an Advisor each term, before registering for courses. Faculty and student services staff can assist with this. You can also view a step-by-step video on how to register for classes online.
- Log in to UAOnline
- Select Student Services and Account Information
- Select Registration
- Select Alternate Class Search and select appropriate filters
- Term
- Campus (Bristol Bay Campus and UAF all Campuses)
- Type of Delivery: for online or distance classes "eLearning" courses only
- Subject
- Select Class Search button at bottom of page
- Select by clicking the box on the far left
- Click the "add to worksheet" button found at the bottom of the page
- On the next page click the "Complete Registration changes" to complete the registration process
Register for eCampus classes.
Log In to UAOnline or, view the Academic Calendar for payment deadlines. Avoid Late Fees by checking your account regularly.
Making a payment
- Select Student Services & Account Information
- Select Student Account
- Select Account Detail for Term (Semester) / Pay Term Balance
- Select Pay Now; a secure payment window will open:
- Payment via credit card or ACH payment
- Establish/Update an Authorized User who can make payments on your account
- Schedule automatic payment on due date
- Receive email notifications on payments made
Log out and close the payment system window before returning to UAOnline.

- Select Student Detail Schedule
- Select Term (Semester)

The Degree Services team of the Office of the Registrar processes applications for graduation, evaluates degree completion and provides other services related to your degree.
Students are individually responsible for meeting all academic regulations and degree/certificate requirements. Students must submit an application for graduation during, or before, the semester they intend to graduate. See deadlines and fees.

If all graduation requirements are completed by the end of the semester, the certificate/degree will be awarded within six weeks after final grades have posted. Diplomas will be sent out approximately six weeks after the end of the semester.
Once your degree is posted you can view it on your unofficial transcript on UAOnline.
