Introduction to TREND Phase 0: Financial Support for SBIR Applications

Every year, the Technology Research Education and Development Center of Alaska offers the TREND Phase 0 competition that allows participants to submit a preliminary Small Business Innovation Research Phase I proposal and a request for assistance outlining how they could utilize up to $5,000 in award amount to enhance the proposal’s development.
