Madara Mason appointed new interim director of Honors College

Madara Mason has been appointed the new interim director of the Honors College and starts this role on Oct. 21, 2024. Mason is an Honors program graduate herself, and is an experienced educator and innovator, with over 20 years of experience at UAF managing teams and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses for multiple departments. The UAF Police Department will be hosting Coffee with a Cop in the mall area of the Wood Center by the lower lounge on Oct. 29 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Officers and dispatchers will be available to answer questions regarding safety and emergency police services on campus.
