There are a variety of professional development training opportunities in April and May. For detailed information and registration please visit the myUA page. Registration through myUA Learning Library and confirmed participation are required if you would like it applied to your myUA professional development and training record.

Benefits are an important part of employees' total compensation package. Benefits 101 is a one-hour session designed to refresh your knowledge of the benefits offered to you as a University of Alaska employee including what you need to know for this year's open enrollment.

"myUA Performance Management Tool Training"

The University of Alaska has implemented a new performance management tool through PageUp, UA’s recruitment system. UA Statewide chief human resources officer Keli Hite McGee will be providing PageUp performance management tool and best practices training.

"Creating a Career Ladder"

This training is geared towards supervisors who would like an introduction to the development of career ladders. Career ladders are a formal way to advance groups of employees to the next level. It is a way to develop employees to advance their skills and to be recognized for that effort.
