Chancellor's Holiday Gathering will be Dec. 6

Enjoy food and fellowship with your UAF family at the Chancellor's Holiday Gathering on Tuesday, Dec. 6. The event will include live music from the Fairbanks Flutists and a special performance from the children of Bunnell House Early Childhood Lab School. The gathering will run from 4-6 p.m. in the Wood Center multilevel lounge.

An update on the UAF United Way campaign will be given at the event. All UAF donors will be entered to win prizes that range from an annual UAF parking permit to a semester-length membership to the UAF Student Recreation Center. Winners will be announced at the gathering.

If you haven't made your gift to United Way of the Tanana Valley, click here to do so. Not only will you support UAF's fundraising campaign, but you'll be entered to win prizes from UAF and automatically entered to win 100,000 air miles through United Way. Non-perishable food will be collected a the Chancellor's Holiday Gathering as well. The food will be donated to the UAF Wood Center Pantry, which benefits students throughout the year. The pantry was used by more than 100 students last year and is a great backup when meal plans dwindle or finances are tight.
