Strength training classes offered at the SRC

Nanook Recreation will continue to offer six-week strength training classes for all ability levels. These no-credit group fitness classes are held at the Student Recreation Center.
Registration is open now for introduction to strength training, intermediate strength training and introduction to Olympic weightlifting.
