Nanook Technology Service releasing customer satisfaction surveys

NTS announces the introduction of customer feedback surveys! This new feature is a step toward enhancing its service quality and ensuring its staff meet UAF’s IT needs effectively and satisfactorily.

Starting Friday, Sept. 13, staff and students will receive a survey link one business day after each of their NTS or OIT tickets are resolved. We encourage everyone to take a moment to provide valuable feedback, which will help us continue improving our services.

UAF’s input is crucial to us and we are committed to using your feedback to make positive changes! Please help Nanook Technology Services provide even better service to UAF!
