Attention RSOs! The Office of the Chancellor notified the UAF campus community of the newly updated Events Policy on October 13th, 2020. An email was sent out the following day on October 14th to all club officers and active RSO members detailing the CSE and SLI Office student organization-specific event policy updates.

Off-campus, in-person RSO activities remain prohibited at this time. On-campus events or meetings are limited to those that are defined in the Events Policy as "Lowest risk" and "More-risk" events. "More-risk" events must be approved through the SLI Office. Requests can be made using the RSO Meeting Request Form accessed here

The Wood Center Scheduling Office is also currently accepting requests for tabling. More information can be found here.

Finally, Residence Life is now accepting requests for use of the Hess Rec for RSO activities. Requests can be made by contacting Resident Director and Student Conduct Administrator Emmett Foster at ejfoster2@alaska.edu, or by calling  (907) 455-3905. Requests must include a mitigation plan and are subject to approval.

Future updates pertaining to RSO activities during the COVID-19 pandemic can be found on this webpage. Pleasae be advised that policies may be superseded at any time in accordance with state or local mandates, university and MAU updates.
