About Maintenance, Equipment Support and Fabrication

 

The Toolik Field Station Maintenance, Equipment Support and Fabrication department exists to support the station's mission, by way of assisting researchers with technical support, fabrication, and facilities and vehicles maintenance. 

Toolik has 3 year-round skilled staff members working in the MEF department, and is complemented by a couple seasonal technicians during the summer season. The Battelle ARO team also has staff performing maintenance working hand-in-hand with the Toolik team.
