Recreational Shooting in the Phoenix District
The University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) in cooperation with the Bureau of Land Management
(BLM), Phoenix District, is gathering information from visitors to the Hassayampa
Field Office. UAF has been working nationally with the BLM to increase efficiency
in gathering information for recreation planning. UAF is conducting this survey to
help public land managers improve their recreational service to you by learning more
about visitors who participate in recreational shooting sports activities in the
Hassayampa Field Office. Your opinions are important to the management of public
lands.
The survey may take up to 10 minutes to complete and you must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Although we would greatly appreciate your help, you are free to decline this survey. Your responses will be considered your consent to participate.
