UAF Vet Med Excused Absence Request Form 2024-2025: Excused absence requests are only necessary when a student will be missing a required lab, recitation, or exam. In accordance with the DVM attendance policy, you do not need to request an excused absence for simply missing a lecture, unless in-person attendance is specifically required per the syllabus.
