Requests are numbered as it arrives in the Faculty Senate Office and its receipt is logged. It is also recorded on a list specific to its category (undergrad, grad, trial, or core). Thus, there may be several courses numbered "2," for example. Adding additional info to the number helps identify requests more quickly.
