Per Staff Council Bylaws: At-Large Representatives shall be numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. At-Large Representatives filling positions 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 shall be elected in even-numbered years and begin their term in odd-numbered years.; At-Large Representatives filling positions 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 shall be elected in odd-numbered years and begin their term in an even-numbered year.
