You are invited to apply for our current opportunities found on the university's career site, just click the link below for the particular opportunity you would be a best fit for.  Historically, the Nanook Recreation team has consisted of 9 full-time staff members, over 50 UAF student employees, and 10-15 temporary employees depending on the programs in operation.  

The facilities we operate are the UAF Student Recreation Center, the Patty Ice Arena, the Patty Pool, the Outdoor Adventures Rental Center, and the West Ridge Fitness Center.  We have many programs including Intramurals, Outdoor Trips for UAF students, Personal Training, Group Fitness, Skating Classes, scheduled swimming, Climbing and Belaying classes, Field Safety classes, special events, and youth programs.
