Resolution to censure Chancellor Joan K. Wadlow and to direct the Chancellor to
follow both the spirit and the letter of the procedures for all hiring of a Vice-Chancellor or
Dean or any other positions with responsibilities that include supervision of faculty.

Discussion item on Search Committee for CRA Dean.

Motion to not recognize the validity of the current selection process for the
Executive Dean of the College of Rural Alaska
and directs the Chancellor to follow the established procedure.

Motion to approve the policy for the search committees for Deans/Directors.

Recommend an indefinite moratorium on the creation of senior
executive positions (Deans and above) at UAF.

Recommend to the administration that no administrative positions be filled until
reviewed by the new Chancellor -FAILED.
