Challenge 3

SRC hill sprint / push-up challenge

  • Run a loop of the SRC hill followed by 10 pushups ( on your feet or knees)

  • and Repeat as you can in 20 minutes

The course

  • Run up the steepest path to the fence at the top of the SRC hill, TOUCH THE FENCE EVERY LAP

  • Run down the long path that runs by the Frolf Goal toward the SRC

  • Loop back around infront of the ice tower to the bottom of the hill

  • Complete 10 push-ups (see video tutorial below for push-up technique)

  • When you have returned to where you started from you have completed one hill run.
